- Pressure Washing: $149.99 covers up to 200 sq ft. Beyond that, the rate drops as the job grows — $0.35/sq ft up to 500, $0.29 to 1,000, $0.25 to 2,000, $0.21 to 5,000, $0.17 above that. Our own equipment, our own crew
