Terms of Service

Last updated: September 8, 2026

Welcome to Moving League. By using this website, requesting a quote, or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.

Our Services

Moving League is a general logistics company providing hauling and transportation, equipment rental, cleaning and organizing, junk removal, pressure washing and construction materials in South, Central and North Florida. Specific service details, availability, and final pricing are confirmed directly with our team before any service is scheduled.

Services We Do Not Provide

Moving League does not currently provide household moving or relocation services, household-goods storage, or interstate transportation of goods. Florida requires a separate state registration for intrastate household movers (Chapter 507, Florida Statutes) and federal authority for interstate moves, neither of which the company holds at this time.

Moving League also does not perform licensed construction trades — including roofing, stucco, painting, concrete, foundations, paving, renovation, remodeling, demolition, or structural repairs. These require a Florida contractor license (Chapter 489, Part I, Florida Statutes) issued through the DBPR/CILB, which the company does not hold. If you need any of this work, we are glad to refer you to a licensed Florida contractor, and we can supply and deliver materials to the site and haul debris away. You can verify any contractor's license at myfloridalicense.com.

Quotes & Pricing

Prices shown on our online quote calculator are estimates ("list price" or "starting from" figures) based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary depending on the actual volume, distance, labor, materials, and any additional services required, and is confirmed with your advisor before work begins. Some services include additional fees (such as landfill/waste management fees) that are disclosed and confirmed prior to service.

Booking & Cancellations

Bookings arranged by phone or email are confirmed once you've spoken with our team and agreed on final scope, price, and scheduling.

All prices are starting prices

Moving League does not publish closed rates. Every price shown on this site, in our catalog and in any quote is a starting price. The final amount depends on the actual job: material type, volume, weight, hazardous items, time used, and the condition in which equipment is returned. We tell you the amount before charging anything.

Damage and cleaning charges

When you rent equipment, you are responsible for returning it in the condition you received it. The following charges apply and are billed against the authorization hold placed on your card at booking:

We document any damage with photographs and provide the repair invoice before charging. Materials that put the tires or the structure at risk — concrete, brick, rock, rebar and similar — are not accepted in a standard rental and must be quoted separately.

Equipment availability — please read before booking

Moving League runs a limited fleet, and reserving online holds your slot but does not guarantee the equipment is available for your date until we confirm it. More than one customer can request the same equipment for the same day. If your date is already taken, we will contact you within business hours to move your service to the nearest date that works for you, or we will cancel and refund you in full — no cancellation fee, no questions. We tell you this before you pay rather than on the day of the job.

Online bookings and payment

You can reserve any service on this website. Nothing is charged online. After you reserve, we confirm the date and the final amount with you, and you pay Moving League directly; your reservation is confirmed once payment is made and confirmed. The amount shown when you reserve is the starting price and may be adjusted as described above. We accept cash, Zelle, bank transfer, and debit or credit cards. Applicable Florida sales tax (6.5%) is added on equipment rentals and material sales and always shown as a separate line; hauling, moving, cleaning and labor services are not taxed. Credit card payments carry a processing surcharge of up to 3%, disclosed on your invoice before you pay; debit cards, cash, Zelle and bank transfer carry no surcharge. When you pay by card, a refundable authorization hold may also be placed on it for equipment rentals; this is not a charge and is released after your service unless there is damage, overweight disposal, or additional time used.

Cancellation fees

Cancellation fees cover our scheduling and logistics reorganization costs. Fees are calculated on the amount you actually paid, after first deducting the credit card processing fee, which is never refundable. The 24-hour window measured from your booking time takes precedence over the windows measured toward your service date:

Prices shown are itemized: service, applicable sales tax, and credit card processing fee where it applies. Your final amount may increase only if you keep equipment past the block you reserved, request additional services on site, exceed the disposal weight cap, or return equipment damaged — and we tell you the amount before charging anything. These terms apply to every payment method, without exception. Whether you pay by credit card, debit card, cash, Zelle, bank transfer, check or any other method we accept, the same rules apply: the same prices, the same sales tax where it applies, the same cancellation charges, and the same equipment hold requirements. Paying in cash does not waive a cancellation charge, and paying by transfer does not change the price. The only thing that changes with the payment method is how the money moves. About card processing fees. Our payment processor charges us a fee on every transaction and does not return it when we issue a refund, full or partial. Because that money is already gone, cancellation charges are calculated on what you paid after deducting that fee, never on top of it — so you are never charged twice for the same cost. Today we do not add any card surcharge to your price: the amount you see is the amount you pay. If we ever add one, it would apply only to credit cards, never to debit or prepaid cards, and it would be refunded in full if you paid with debit or prepaid — regardless of whether you cancel. Refunds are issued to the original card and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days. To cancel, call 561.875.1895 or email info@movingleague.com.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service, and any dispute arising from your use of this website or our services, are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Venue for any dispute lies exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction. Sales tax. Florida sales tax applies to equipment rentals and to sales of construction materials, at the rate in effect for the county where the transaction takes place — 6.5% in Palm Beach County (6% state plus a 0.5% school capital outlay surtax). Transportation, hauling, cleaning and labor services are not subject to sales tax. The rate is shown as a separate line before you pay, and it changes if the State or the County changes it. Landfill and disposal charges. Except where a service states otherwise in writing, landfill and disposal fees are paid by the customer at actual weight, at the rate charged by the facility. We hand you the scale ticket — you pay what the landfill charged, not an estimate and not a markup.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
