What you will pay, and how

Nothing is charged on this website. After you reserve, we confirm the date and the final amount with you, and you pay Moving League directly.

Accepted: cash, Zelle, bank transfer, and debit or credit card.

Sales tax: Florida charges 6.5% on equipment rentals and material sales (shown above when it applies). Hauling, moving, cleaning and labor services are not taxed.

Card payments: credit cards carry a processing surcharge of up to 3%, disclosed on your invoice before you pay. Debit cards, cash, Zelle and bank transfer carry no surcharge.

Landfill and disposal: you pay the facility's fee by actual weight, with the scale ticket. Junk removal includes up to 2,000 lb.

Equipment care rules — please read before reserving

All prices are STARTING PRICES, not closed rates. The final amount depends on time used, material, weight and the condition the equipment comes back in.

  • Return it in the condition you got it. Normal use is expected and normal dirt is fine.
  • Excessive dirt on return — $99.99. That means it needs cleaning before it can go to the next customer.
  • Flat tire — $29.99 per tire. Broken lights — $49.99.
  • Damaged hydraulic system, damaged electrical system or structural damage — the full repair cost at an authorized shop.
  • Concrete, brick, rock, rebar and similar are NOT accepted in a standard rental — they put the tires and the structure at risk and must be quoted separately.
  • Never accepted, in any service: tires, paint, solvents, oils, chemicals, asbestos or any hazardous material, propane tanks, batteries, medical or biological waste.

We always show you photographs and the repair invoice before charging anything.
